Cuvee Coffee is one of our roasters located outside of Austin, Texas (Spicewood). The company philosophy is to buy the highest quality coffee, precision roast it to exacting standards and deliver it fresh. Every year, the Cuvee team spends a considerable amount of time and money traveling to the countries and farms of origin to establish and build relationships with farmers who are genuinely interested in improving the quality of their coffee. Cuvee actually pays substantially more than fair trade for all of its coffees and focuses on strong, direct relationships with farmers and suppliers who share its vision for the best possible coffee.
